- CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can send your cancellation request by emailing info@seykontreyler.com or by contacting our customer service at +90 545 595 1663.
It will not be possible to cancel orders that have already been shipped. In this case, you can follow the return procedure after the product is delivered to you.
Promotional and Discounted Products:

- RETURN CONDITIONS
Return Period:
You can return the products you have purchased within 14 days from the delivery date. The return period starts on the day the product is delivered to you.
Return Conditions:
The products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
All accessories and gifts, if any, must be returned with the product.
For hygienic reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.

After your return is approved, please send the product to us with its original invoice.
Please note that the shipping cost for the return will be borne by you. Once the product reaches us, your return process will be initiated.

After the product reaches us and it is determined that it meets the return conditions, your refund will be issued using the method you used for payment. Refunds for credit card payments may vary depending on your bank’s processing times.
Defective or Faulty Products:
If a defective or faulty product is delivered to you, please take photos of the product and send them to info@seykontreyler.com.
The shipping cost for defective or faulty products will be covered by us. After the product reaches us, it will be inspected, and the product will either be exchanged or refunded.
