2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract covers the sale and delivery of the product, whose specifications and sale price are specified below, ordered by the Buyer electronically from the [www.seykonpart.com] website belonging to the Seller, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and outlines the rights and obligations of the parties.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The Buyer declares that they have read and are informed about the basic characteristics, sale price, and payment method of the product subject to the contract, as well as the preliminary information regarding delivery, and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
4.2. The product subject to the contract will be delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated by the Buyer within the period specified on the website, depending on the distance of the Buyer’s place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days for each product.
4.3. If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.
4.4. The Seller is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract intact, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
4.5. In case the credit card belonging to the Buyer is used unlawfully by unauthorized persons in a manner not arising from the fault of the Buyer, and the related bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the Seller after the product has been delivered to the Buyer, it is mandatory for the Buyer to send the product back to the Seller within 3 days, provided that the product has been delivered to the Buyer. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any justification and without paying any penalty within 14 days from the delivery date of the product to the Buyer or to the person/organization at the address indicated by the Buyer.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the Seller by fax, email, or phone within this period and that the product has not been used within the framework of the provisions of article 6.
5.3. If this right is exercised, the return of the original invoice and a copy of the cargo delivery receipt for the product delivered to the third party or the Buyer is mandatory. The product price is refunded to the Buyer following the receipt of these documents.
6. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared according to the Buyer’s request or explicitly personal needs and not suitable for return.
7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from this contract.
8. ENFORCEMENT
This contract comes into force on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer.
