PERSONAL DATA PROTECTİON LAW (PDPL)
Seykon Treyler Mak. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, we place great importance on the privacy of our customers’ and employees’ personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Therefore, we are sharing our policies on the processing and protection of personal data below.
1. IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
Your personal data may be processed by Seykon Treyler Mak. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) as the data controller, within the scope explained below.
2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your collected personal data is processed for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work for you to benefit from the products and services offered by the Company, determining and implementing the Company’s commercial and business strategies, ensuring the legal and commercial security of the Company and individuals in a business relationship with the Company, conducting the Company’s human resources policies, and performing the Company’s advertising and marketing activities.

Your personal data is collected by our Company through various channels and based on different legal reasons, in line with the purposes stated in this Information Text. These legal reasons are as follows:

5. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER
As personal data owners, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:
To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
To request information if personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request notification of the transactions made in this context to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK and to request notification of the transactions made in this context to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
